General Conduct-
Please note that DAZOR furniture promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Inappropriate or abusive behavior whether direct or indirect in any form towards any person associated with DAZOR directly or indirectly would be unacceptable and may ultimately lead to order cancellations, refusal of service, or any other relevant consequences.
Cancellation & Refund Policies-
- If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours from the date of order confirmation date, or before it is shipped whichever is earlier i.e. if the product is out for shipping before 24 hours, the order would not be eligible for cancellation under any circumstances whatsoever.
- In such case if the customer refuses to take the delivery of the order, clause 7 of the DAZOR shipping policy would be applicable. (Kindly refer DAZOR shipping policy for the same)
- A fixed 2% cancellation fee would be charged on the total MRP value of the order and NOT THE INVOICE VALUE.
- In case of order cancellation, a refund would be generated within 7 business working days after deduction of 2% cancellation fee (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Any Holidays – Public- National, State, Festivals etc.)
- Actual credit time may or may not vary based upon the receiver’s bank.
- The customer understands and agree that the refund amount would be transacted in the same account only which was initially used while placing the order.
- Please note that the refund would be initiated on the MRP of the product and not the discounted price. The cancellation fee would also be on the MRP of the product and not the discounted price.

Return & Replacement Policies-
SUBJECT TO ANY TERMS SPECIFIED ON THE WEBSITE, DAZOR FURNITURE DOESNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CUTOMER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan and that’s why we offer a free of cost flexible replacement policy for which the details have been mentioned below-
What can be replaced?
We would happily offer replacements for the following reasons-
- Incorrect item received- If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we’ll get it replaced with a new one.
- Quality or Manufacturing Defects- If your product has any quality issues or manufacturing defects, we’ll gladly replace it with a new one.
- Damaged Product- In case you receive a damaged product, we’ll replace it with a new one.
Terms of Replacement-
- The Customer can get their product replaced within 7 days of the delivery of the product. Post these 7 days no replacement request would be accepted under any circumstances.
- In case the product that was delivered to YOU was in perfect condition and it gets damaged in any way within the 7 days period of time, in this case the Company will not be liable to provide replacement of the product under any circumstances whatsoever.
- In order to claim for the replacement of the product/s proper opening video of the package along with the relevant photographs and re-packing video of the package is required compulsorily.
- Natural material characteristics or features such as grain/ texture patterns, color shade variation, knots and other natural marks in solid wood, veneer, stone, marble etc. are natural occurrences and cannot be considered as defects of any kind and in such cases the Company is not liable to offer any replacement.
- Individual comfort choices such as with respect to size/ dimensions, shape, color, weight or any other similar attribute cannot be considered as manufacturing defect and thus the company reserves the right to reject the replacement request under such circumstances. The customer is advised to check the product details thoroughly before ordering any product.
- In case of order involving multiple packages, whether to replace a particular part or package or the entire order would be on the sole discretion of the company.
- The Company will only provide replacement when the old product has been received by the Company and proper inspection has been done by the Company’s personnel.
- The Customer is requested to repack the product in its original packaging only and not any other packaging (this is to ensure the safety of the product). In case the packaging done by the customer or anyone on their behalf is not appropriate and the product/products or parts thereof gets damaged during transit neither DAZOR nor their associated logistic partner can be hold accountable for the same and DAZOR furniture reserves the right to charge for such damage. Then again how much to charge would be on the sole discretion of the Company. In certain cases the entire amount of the product can also be charged as compensation.
- The replacement policy stands void if the original product has been altered in any form either by the customer or any one on their behalf.
- The replacement policy stands void if the product is not directly been purchased from DAZOR furniture’s official website.
