General Conduct-

Please note that DAZOR furniture promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Inappropriate or abusive behavior whether direct or indirect in any form towards any person associated with DAZOR directly or indirectly would be unacceptable and may ultimately lead to order cancellations, refusal of service, or any other relevant consequences.

Packaging Policies-

  1. To the best of our knowledge, DAZOR Furniture offers relevant packaging required for the safe shipment of the product. Although we try our best to deliver the products to you safely, DAZOR furniture shall not be held liable for any damage caused due to transit.
  2. If the company provides any custom or additional packaging solution for certain products whether on receiving a written request from the customer or the company finds it necessary to do so, an additional amount will be charged to the customer for the same. However the decision for these services will be on the sole discretion of the Company.

Shipping & Delivery Policies-

  1. DAZOR furniture uses third party logistic companies for the deliveries of the products. The details for which would be shared along with the Tracking ID. The customer is advised to read the terms and policies of concerned logistic partner on your own and be bound by the same. It usually takes 7-14 days to ship the product.
  2. The ordered products would be delivered to address that have been mentioned in the delivery form. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. However the delivery address may be allowed to be changed, at the sole discretion of the company, before the products are shipped upon a written request made on this behalf.
  3. The packaging and shipping of the product may vary from Product- To- Product and Location- To-Location and hence the shipping terms may or may not change at the sole discretion of the Company.
  4. You understand and agree that the Company shall endeavor to deliver the ordered products within the estimated delivery time which the customer can check using the tracking ID provided. However you agree that the said delivery time is merely an estimate and the actual delivery time may vary. You agree that the Company shall not be responsible towards any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of delivery of products at any time other than the estimated delivery time.
  5. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO THEIR DESIGN, FABRIC, MATERIALS COLOR, SIZE AND ALL OTHER ATTRIBUTES) IS PROVIDED FOR REPRESENTATION PURPOSES ONLY. YOU HEREBY AGREE THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS AS DELIVERED AND ITS SPECIFICATION MAY VARY FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED DESCRIPTION AS MAY BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. THE COMPANY DOESNOT PROVIDE ANY WARRENTY WITH RESPECT TO THE SPECIFICATION OF THE PRODUCTS ACTUALLY DELIVERED AND IT’S VARIATION FROM THE DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM.
  6. The customer understands and agrees that the general wear and tear of the packaging is a normal phenomenon and in such circumstances the product cannot be considered as damaged or defective. The company or the associated logistic partner cannot be held liable on this behalf.
  7. In case the customer refuses to take delivery of the ordered products by any reason whatsoever, the company shall be entitled to forfeit any advance amounts paid by you towards the said products. The Company shall not be responsible, in any manner, for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect that may occur to the customer or any of its affiliate as a result of the said forfeiture.
  8. Although we offer doorstep delivery services, following conditions would be applicable-
    1. For Residences/ Offices or any other customer’s premises situated on the ground floor, products would be handed over to doorstep.
    2. For Multilevel buildings, products would be placed in a secure lobby area situated on the ground floor itself after informing the security personnel. Arrangement of manpower to carry the products inside any space irrespective of the floor other than the ground floor would be at the customer’s sole responsibility. Neither DAZOR furniture nor the logistic partner can be held accountable for the same and in case the customer refuses to take the delivery clause no. 7 of DAZOR shipping policy would be applicable.
    3. The customer is entitled to provide the signature on the delivery receipt upon receiving of the shipment.
  9. In case of DIY products, assembly instructions would be provided along with the product.
  10. The customer is requested to check the product dimensions thoroughly before making the purchase. DAZOR furniture or any of its logistic partner would not be responsible if the product that you ordered does not fit into your home.
