General Conduct-

Please note that DAZOR furniture promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Inappropriate or abusive behavior whether direct or indirect in any form towards any person associated with DAZOR directly or indirectly would be unacceptable and may ultimately lead to order cancellations, refusal of service, or any other relevant consequences.

Product Policies

1. We strive for accuracy in our product listings. All the relevant details regarding the product specifications have been mentioned in the individual product descriptions including the size/dimensions, material, color, texture etc. Customer is requested to go through the details thoroughly before making any purchase.
2. All our products are handcrafted. The customer should expect slight variations in product that have been listed with respect to size, surface finish, color, weight and other similar attributes which ultimately provides every furniture piece an individual identity. Still whether to make a purchase is solely at customer’s discretion and DAZOR furniture cannot be held liable for any such occurrence.
3. In case of products encompassing natural materials such as solid wood, stone, marble etc. in their making, the color tone, shade, texture patterns and other similar attributes would vary in every product with respect to the product that have been listed as these attributes are natural occurrence which ultimately adds to the beauty.
4. The color tone and shades may vary from screen to screen depending upon the individual customer’s type of device and their respective display settings.
5. All our products are made keeping in mind the regular standards both with respect to its aesthetics or usability including size/dimensions and other similar attributes and not by any particular individual’s comfort and thus any of the product features, characteristics or attributes not meeting any particular customer’s choice  cannot be considered as a design or manufacturing defect.
6. All the raw materials used in the products sold by DAZOR furniture are branded and tested by their respective manufacturing companies and automatically qualify to the quality norms and standards. DAZOR furniture holds the rights to use any such raw material including hardwares, fixtures, structure material, surface finishing material solely at their discretion wherever and however required and YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED BY DAZOR UNDER ANY CONDITION WHATSOEVER AND YOU AGREE TO NOT TO RAISE ANY CLAIM, WHETHER LEGAL OR OTHERWISE, ON THE COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY ON THIS BEHALF.
7. The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow customization of the products with your preferences, which the company may deliver, subject to payment of requisite consideration towards the same as may be mentioned on the website or informed otherwise.
8. DAZOR furniture holds the Rights to change, modify, add, remove or discontinue any product at any point of time without prior notice. Dazor furniture shall not be liable to any customer or to any Third Party for the above mentioned changes.

Price Policies

1. DAZOR Furniture holds the Rights to change the prices of the products at any point of time without prior notice.
2. We work on 100% Advance payment system and do not offer any kind of credit in any format whatsoever. The product would be eligible for dispatch only when the complete amount of the product is duly paid.
3. You understand and agree that the DAZOR Furniture may make use of any third party payment channels and gateways for payment processing, whether integrated in the website or otherwise. You understand and agree that the Company shall not be responsible towards the behavior and working of such third party payment channels and gateways. You are requested to review the terms and policies of such third party payment gateways directly and accordingly choose the method of payment. You agree that such third party payment channels may or may not charge transaction fee/ processing fee with regards to their individual terms and policies. DAZOR furniture shall not be held liable for any such additional fee charged by the Third Party payment gateway Companies and the customer is solely responsible for making such payments.
